Modern Garden Buildings

We are pleased to offer a unique range of sophisticated, modern flatpack garden studios that cater for every garden scenario and budget.

We currently have two models available. The C-House and the Poly House.

All models are available in variable foot print configurations and incremental size increases. Both models also allow for a huge amount of personalisation with regards to windows, doors, materials, colours and finishes.

As standard, the wisa spruce interior lining used thoughout our building range provides a light and airy Scandinavian feel, while the polycarbonate or glazed panels allow light to flood in.

You can spec your own building, picking from one of the foot prints shown or we can help you decide by producing drawings of your individual building based on your available space, ideal footprint and personal specification.

To minimise the amount of time we spend installing in your garden, the buildings are produced in our workshop and then delivered flat pack to your house on a lorry. The structure will then be assembled by competent technicians over a period of several days. Once finished you will have a durable, solid, water tight garden building that will provide you will the additional space you need at a sensible cost.

Pricing to be added very soon.

C-House
An insulated modular flat pack building, using combinations of glazing, polycarbonate and solid panels/cladding.
At 3 metres in height this design is intended for larger garden spaces, where the structure could be positioned at least 2 metres from the boundary all round (internal height 2.3 metres).

The footprint dimensions shown are the useable internal floor space of the building. If you can't see the configuration you require, please contact us. The images below are a few examples of the type of buildings we offer in this style.

Poly House
An insulated modular flat pack building using combinations of glazing, polycarbonate and solid panels/cladding. At 2.5 metres high overall this contemporary space is intended to accommodate almost all garden and access scenarios, without the need for a planning application (internal height 2.1metres or just under 7 feet).
To spec your building just pick from a range of footprints, materials, windows, doors, colours and additions....Or if you would like advice we are happy to help you decide what you need.

The footprint dimensions shown are the useable internal floor space of the building. If you can't see the configuration you require, please contact us.

Your Poly House - Package Options
A guide to our basic Poly house building packages and upgrade options. Shown below are the 3 most common sizes we have enquiries about. Also shown are components you can change. This model is available with standard black, dark grey and slate grey fascias, and any panel colour you fancy (subject to the availability of exterior grade paint in your chosen RAL). You really can personalise this building as much as you like.

Ground Work and Foundations

In most instances the buildings we produce are able to rest on ECO Pad foundation systems. These are relatively quick to install compared when with concrete foundations, and they are much better for the environment. This method is subject to ground assessment.

So, your options are, either we can provide a quote for ground work and foundation (subject to ground survey), or you/your  subcontractor can prepare the foundations for your new Poly House. The choice is yours.
